WHAT IS THE MECHANICAL PARKING

Multi-scissor lifts are platform sizes with relatively small platform dimensions, relatively light loads, high stroke lift distances and applicability when special applications are required. Applications that best meet this definition are generally pallet lifts, work platforms, and personnel amplifiers.

Although the Powerlift scissor lifts have standard dimensions, they are generally produced for the building and customer demand.

Why should I prefer the scissor lift when there is a L-type hydraulic hoist?
When we compare multi scissor hydraulic elevator and L type freight elevators, L type may seem more logical. For this reason, L type elevators are generally applied in high strokes and relatively low loads. However, due to L Kargas structure, the entire stroke is occupied as a volume. The scissor platform is in a well unless the platform is elevated; it does not occupy any space, usually zeroed by ground level; only when it is used. In the case of L type elevators, the mechanical mechanism occupies at least one surface of the platform. This, in contrast to the scissor lifts, can cause the L type to be less useful. In summary; multi-scissor lifts are used when L-type is not desired to be applied.

SINGLE SCISSOR HYDRAULIC FREIGHT ELEVATOR

DOUBLE SIDED L TYPE HYDRAULIC FREIGHT LIFTS

Powerlift L type double sided hydraulic freight lifts are manufactured from 6 ton lifting capacity up to 18 meter lift capacity and are one of the most standard solutions used in heavy freight transportation.

L type freight lifts, consisting of main elements such as hydraulic power unit, control panel, steel construction, load platform, hydraulic cylinder, chain and bearings, can be applied in factories, markets, warehouses, hospitals and especially in places where it is necessary to load and unload loads. It is advantageous because it does not require well-space and machine room in material transportation between floors. In general, L type lifts are more economical than scissor types. Accordingly, the manufacturing and assembly is relatively easy. Low maintenance is a common feature of all Powerlift products.
 

•     MAIN FEATURES

The Powerlift is suitable for transporting loads from one floor to another.

The maximum travel distance is 18 meters, the number of stops and features can be freely selected within these distance limits.

Double-sided lifts have 6 tonnes capacity. The double sided L type freight lift structure in higher tonnages than 6 tons is not technically correct; as Powerlift, we make fourr-sided L type application in elevators over 6 tons.

Safety options such as handrails and doors can be applied upon customer request.

In double-sided L type hydraulic lifts, the load transfer can be done on 2 sides of the platform.

There is usually no need for well-spaces and additional space on the last floor.

The machine room is not needed.

In any power failure, the platform can be lowered manually.

L types hydraulic lifts need no maintenance, or basic maintenance.

If a certain speed is requested as the customer demand, the appropriate hydraulic system is selected by making the load transportation calculation accordingly.
