MULTI SCISSOR HYDRAULIC FREIGHT ELEVATOR
Multi-scissor lifts are platform sizes with relatively small platform dimensions, relatively light loads, high stroke lift distances and applicability when special applications are required. Applications that best meet this definition are generally pallet lifts, work platforms, and personnel amplifiers.
Although the Powerlift scissor lifts have standard dimensions, they are generally produced for the building and customer demand.
General features of Powerlift scissor lifts are as follows:
- Steel construction
- Self-lubricating lubricated bearings.
- When descending energy does not inflate, the descent speed can be changed, experienced by the experienced user.
- Ability to work in 220 or 380 VAC
- Remote control with manual control or electrical panel, adaptability to PLC automation systems
- Hydraulic safety valves against overloading
- Hose bleed valves against hydraulic leakage or hose burst
- Self-lubricating roller bearings in swivel assembly.

We can give you an estimated price in a short time if you send us the pictures of the place where you intend to do the application and if possible the technical drawing (s) by email or Whatsapp. Our estimated price study is non-binding and is for information only. If you want a detailed proposal and proforma invoice, we need to do the discovery at the application site.We make our discoveries free in the city center of Denizli. We make out exploration over a reasonable tariff throughout Turkey. Once our final price offer is approved after on-site discovery, manufacturing begins immediately depending on payment and delivery conditions. Unless otherwise stated, Powerlift provides quotations including assembly.
International orders have a special order taking and application procedure depending on the country of origin.
Why should I prefer the scissor lift when there is a L-type hydraulic hoist?
When we compare multi scissor hydraulic elevator and L type freight elevators, L type may seem more logical. For this reason, L type elevators are generally applied in high strokes and relatively low loads. However, due to L Kargas structure, the entire stroke is occupied as a volume. The scissor platform is in a well unless the platform is elevated; it does not occupy any space, usually zeroed by ground level; only when it is used. In the case of L type elevators, the mechanical mechanism occupies at least one surface of the platform. This, in contrast to the scissor lifts, can cause the L type to be less useful. In summary; multi-scissor lifts are used when L-type is not desired to be applied.
