This notice explains, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how personal data you share through the hidroliklift.com.tr contact form is processed.

Data processed: Your name, e-mail address, phone number and message; your IP address is also used briefly at submission time to prevent abuse.

Purposes: Replying to your enquiry, preparing quotations, pre-sales communication and keeping the form secure.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the controller).

Transfers: Messages are delivered to Hidroteknik’s mailbox via the site’s hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and e-mail delivery provider (Resend), whose servers may be located abroad (USA and EU). Otherwise your data is shared only as needed to fulfil your request with our production and installation partners and with authorities where legally required; it is never passed to third parties for marketing.

Retention: Kept for the periods required by applicable law after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the recipients, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to powerlift@hidroteknik.com.tr or the postal address above; we reply within 30 days.
