We design and build custom stage lifting systems for concert, show, theatre and event stages. Our featured product is the pop-up (toaster) lift that launches the performer from below the stage; hydraulic show platforms and earthquake simulator platforms are also part of our work.
Known as a pop-up or toaster, the stage lift launches the performer from below the stage up through a trap in the stage floor for a sudden, striking entrance. In a hydro-pneumatic system, two hydraulic cylinders fed by a nitrogen accumulator raise the platform 1321 mm through a 2:1 chain drive, and the performer jumps about 1 m onto the stage.
The lift is movable on jack wheels and is fixed under the stage with levelling feet. The separate power unit connects to the lift with a hydraulic hose and runs on 220 V mains. It is used on concert, show, theatre and event stages.
| Feature | Value |

| Capacity | 100 kg |
| Platform | 1000 × 1000 mm, checker plate |
| Platform travel (stroke) | 1321 mm |
| Jump height | ≈ 1 m |
| Working pressure | 110–160 bar |
| Accumulator | 6 L, nitrogen 100 bar |
| Motor | 1.1 kW / 220 V / 50 Hz |
| Cylinders | 2 × Ø40/25 × 660 mm |
| Drive | 2:1 chain |
| Lift outer size | 1320 × 1120 × 1956 mm (1720 mm wide with brackets) |
| Power unit | 770 × 600 × 835 mm |
| Weight | Lift ≈ 290 kg, power unit ≈ 165 kg |
Values are preliminary design values and are confirmed for your stage with the order.
Installation requirement: The top of the lift is at stage level. The stage must be at least 1960 mm high, or the lift must be placed in a pit.
