A good quote starts with good information
Powerlift hydraulic freight lifts are built to suit each building and job, so the price depends on the weight of the load, the platform size, the lifting height and the conditions on site. When the details are complete from the start, the right type (mast or scissor) is identified sooner and the offer does not need to change later. Use the list below as a checklist when you prepare your request.
Checklist
1. The load
- Weight and dimensions of the heaviest load
- Type of load (pallets, trolleys, vehicles, machinery, racks of material, etc.) and how it sits on the platform; for long or irregular loads, its centre of gravity
- If a forklift or pallet truck will drive onto the platform, its weight must be included
2. Platform size
- Required platform width and length
- The largest size the site allows, and any obstacles such as doors, columns or walls
3. Floors and travel
- How many floors or landings the lift will serve
- Height from the lowest floor level to the top floor level; mast type lifts offer up to 18 m of travel
4. Pit
- Scissor lifts sit in a pit when closed; if a pit already exists, give its width, length and depth
- If a pit cannot be dug, say so; mast type lifts generally need no pit, no extra headroom on the top floor and no machine room
5. Loading sides
- Which side loads go on and come off, floor by floor
- A single mast lift can be loaded from 3 sides and a double mast lift from 2 sides, so the number of loading sides directly affects the choice of type
6. Frequency of use and environment
- Roughly how many trips per day
- Indoor or outdoor use, and conditions such as dust or humidity
7. Power supply
- The power supply available on site (220 V or 380 V)
- Where the controls should be; mention it if you need a connection to a PLC or an existing automation system
8. Photos and a dimensioned drawing
- Photos of the site from several angles
- A dimensioned layout drawing or architectural plan if you have one; otherwise a hand-drawn sketch with measurements also helps
How the process works
Preliminary design
Once you send the details by e-mail or WhatsApp, we review them and prepare an estimated price. The estimate is for information only and is non-binding.
On-site survey
A firm offer requires an on-site survey: free in Denizli city centre and at a reasonable rate elsewhere in Turkey.
Offer and proforma
After the survey, the offer and proforma invoice are sent within 2–3 business days. Unless stated otherwise, the price includes installation. Capacity, dimensions, safety equipment, installation scope, payment and delivery terms are set out in the final offer, and production starts as soon as it is approved.
Start with the configurator
You can enter most of these details directly in the online freight lift configurator. Choose the type and enter the dimensions: the number of scissors or the mast layout, the cylinders, the power unit and the pit depth are calculated instantly, and you see an approximate price and a 3D model and can request a quote from the same screen. For special projects beyond the configurator (very heavy loads, more than 4 landings, custom cabins), simply send us photos and dimensions.
For details of each type, see the hydraulic freight lift page.
