Hydraulic Freight Lift (100 kg–60 t)

Powerlift hydraulic freight lifts move loads from 100 kg to 60 tons between floors and are built to fit each building. There are two main types: mast type hydraulic freight lifts (also known as L-type), which need no pit or machine room, and scissor type freight lifts for wide platforms, heavy loads or short strokes.

Mast type hydraulic freight lifts (L-type)

Built from a hydraulic power unit, control panel, steel construction, platform, cylinder, chains and bearings, mast type lifts are the most common solution for moving goods between floors in factories, markets, warehouses and hospitals. They generally need no pit, no extra headroom on the top floor and no machine room, and they are more economical than scissor types. Travel is up to 18 meters, and the number of stops can be chosen freely within that range. For loads above 20 tons we recommend scissor type lifts.

Scissor type freight lifts

Scissor lifts take up no space when closed and only rise when needed; unlike mast types, no mechanism covers a side of the platform. We aim for the highest stroke the platform width and pit depth allow. Steel construction, safety valves against overload and hose rupture, 220 or 380 V operation and PLC-compatible controls are common to all scissor types.
